Delete your account in the app
- Open PomBuy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your account settings.
- Select the account deletion option and review the consequences.
- Confirm the request using the verification requested by PomBuy.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@pombuy.com from the address associated with your account. Support will verify ownership before processing the request.
What happens next
Access is closed and personal data is deleted or anonymised according to the active privacy policy. Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, tax or legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
Open transactions
Deletion may be delayed while an order, payout, refund, dispute or legal retention requirement remains active. PomBuy will explain any applicable restriction through the authenticated support process.
