1. The seller prepares the order
Once payment is confirmed, the seller receives the information needed to prepare and send the item securely.
2. The shipment is tracked
Carrier and tracking information are shown with the order whenever the selected delivery service supports them.
3. The buyer confirms receipt
The buyer can confirm that the item arrived. This confirmation participates in the seller-payout process.
4. Support remains available
If delivery is delayed, missing or arrives with a problem, the buyer can open a case directly from the relevant order.
